In this way, we will present important historical and philosophical information about the topic, as well as concepts and definitions for the practice of standards.
We emphasize the importance of analyzing the issue of justice and revenge for the Legal System in the case of Israel and Palestine, since when making a judgment we must have this well defined and separated so as not to be induced into an erroneous judgment. We will obtain the basis for analyzing the legal system by taking as philosophical ideas legal texts that constitute a Legal System that addresses human expectations. That said, we will deal with legal philosophical issues as a way of rescuing Justice and Revenge and as legal thinking par excellence, based on the opposite direction between the importance of the problem and the system to direct legal reasoning.
Justice itself is not completely different from revenge, or at least not when looking back to antiquity. Tércio Sampaio Ferraz Junior explains this issue very well. This jurist notes that to better understand the relationship between justice and revenge, it is necessary to look more deeply into Greek culture than Roman culture.
