SCHOOL VIOLENCE - A CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGE IN ITS CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES FOR EDUCATION: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW LITERATURE

Abstract

Violence in school as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon can occur in several ways, having as involved the various subjects who experience the everyday school life. This article aims to analyze the integrative review about violence in the school of Works located in the last five years (2014 to 2018). Data collection was performed from secondary data, through electronic search in Google scholar, Scielo and Capes journals. The search was performed through keywords used alone and together. The descriptive analysis of the results obtained with the bibliographic research was based on the experience experienced by the authors of this article, which enabled a qualitative understanding about school violence. Studies on consequences associated with the health of teachers showed a relationship between violence and physical, emotional and psychological consequences.
