Abstract

From the Second World War a great problem arose for the inhabitants because in the companies the operative personnel was reduced because of the appearance of the industrial era where the machineries are taken into account in order to obtain more production without have consideration of the staff, this is how mechanical thinking is born within SMEs which as time progresses companies seek to update themselves in terms of technology, however they can not leave out the training of each of the workers to the correct use of the machinery they implement to produce, that is why in Ecuador it is considerable from an administrative point of view to make decisions that benefit both the productivity of the employees and the machinery used since the SMEs have a very important role in the economic development of the country being these who energize the money. The State has an important role in economic growth due to the decision making for the productivity of the companies so that it intervenes when acquiring machinery from other countries due to the high costs.
