Abstract

Organizational culture defines the type of structure and leadership of institutions dedicated to knowledge management. The objective of the study was to investigate its internal structure of communication and motivation with an exploratory and correlational work in administrative, teachers and students. We found a vertical structure, a unilateral communication and a unidirectional motivation that show an adhocratic culture and recommend a balance centered on the participation of employees.
