Abstract

Neoliberal perceptions refer to an exacerbated institutionalism that finds its twilight in the emergence of a governance. The objective of the work was to describe such a decline and contrast it with a knowledge management according to the needs of a local market. Therefore, a correlational work was carried out with a selection of teachers, administrators and students in what was found a perceptual structure focused on the usefulness bounded by the policies of accreditation and certification of the quality of processes and products. Lines in this regard are recommended to examine the possibilities of a new management paradigm.
