Abstract

Often, knowledge management is based on the translation of individual knowledge into information that is accessible to inexperienced people. In the framework of a strategic alliance between a public university and a multinational for the job training of students, the objective of this paper was to interpret the meanings around the process in question. A qualitative, exploratory and comprehensive study was carried out with a nonprobabilistic selection of three teacher informants dedicated to the transfer of knowledge through the translation of their experiences, skills and knowledge. From two inferences, one of memorandums and one of contexts, an interpretation was set up to unveil the meaning of the training network, but when discussing the hermeneutic exercise with the literature consulted, questions emerged that reorient a new study of management as a translator of knowledge and production as process innovation.
