Access to participation on activities of the cultural life, recreation, leisure and sport, is a fundamental component of life quality in the actual society. Some people do not have equal access to this right. The proposals are often based in beneficial- care- sportive and not so much on the educational and healthy such as a daily habit and life cycle.
