Abstract

The practice presented in this work has been done on Senderos del Sembrador, a day center for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) located in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The objective of the work, is to disseminate the practice with the belief that it can over time be replicated in institutions that work with people with ID as well as in other spaces, which are potential service providers with the ultimate aim of encouraged an improvement on the services quality, focused on the users opinions, their needs, possibilities and expectations.
