COMPONENTS OF SELF-ESTEEM: REMOVING AMBIGUITY AND PROVIDING CLARITY TO THE FOUNDATIONS OF OUR HUMAN RELATIONS

Self-esteem is considered the essence of psychological health, associating in psychology a high self-esteem with welfare and low self-esteem with anxiety and other problematics. However, the term is actually cover of an immense ambiguity. The aim of this paper is to resolve that ambiguity in an effort to promote positive and prosocial dynamics, among which emphasize good practices in disability such as inclusion, and the disassembly of modern behavioral epidemics such as discrimination, bullying (bully) and mobbing (work harassment ).
