CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO THE TOPIC OF QUALITY

The quality is one of the topics that have been most profusely used in recent years by the academic world dedicated to studying the managerial-managerial phenomenon; A fact that catapults it as a critical success factor in organizations. Considering the relevance of quality in organizational viability, this work has as main goal, to provide antecedents related to the concept in question and also to the view that two schools have on this subject. To achieve this purpose, we resort to the review of articles and books that have dealt with the apreviously mentined subject.
