Within the framework of curricular approaches, by competencies, performance constitutes a fundamental category of evidence, of the best performance, in specific contexts of life. As a process and result, achieving good performance has become, imperative, an inescapable duty for the teacher and the educational systems of the world. In the present article the conceptions about the performance willbetreated. Its current state of development, itsfundamentalfactors, the importance and intentional developmentof activities. The potentialities of the skill, its mental processes as sustainable criteria of actions and /or observable manifestations.
