ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CEO AND ITS IMPACT WITH THE ABILITY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE STRATEGIC VISION

Altough previous studies revealed the importance of coporate governance. The porpuse of this study is analyze the relationship with the CEO and its impact with the ability to contribute to the strategic vision. We apply a nonparametric analysis between the study variables. Data was collected from 320 Ecuadorian directors and the results show that the relationship with the CEO impacts negatively with the ability to contribute to the strategic vision.
