Abstract

The present work entitled “The evaluation of the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the studentsoftheinternationalbusiness careerof a universityinLima, thishad the purpose of determining the relationship between the variables. Research with a basic quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational scope, using a cross-sectional and non-experimental design. Handling a sample of 120 students of the international business career of a university in Lima, 2019. To collect the data, the survey for the variables was handled and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, implementing the sample after passing through a reliability with the due validation. The data processing was used the SPSS program (version 23). With a descriptive study with a correlation through Spearman's Rho coefficient, resulting in a Rho = .659 **, analyzing a correlation between variables, with a ρ = 0.00 (p <0.05), with this the hypothesis is rejected null; With these results, they show the relationship between the organizational climate evaluation variable and the satisfaction of international business students.
