Abstract

This research work related to Analysis of the work environment that is generated in the Colegio Nacional Augusto Arias del Cantón and the Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas in which the feasibility of carrying out an analysis of the work environment to improve the interpersonal relationships of its members. The objective is to perform an analysis of the work environment of the Colegio Augusto Arias del Cantón and the Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, it was necessary for its execution the use of methods such as descriptive, analytical and as techniques the survey was used, and the analysis which gave some favorable and negative results, since some administrative contexts about climate and organizational culture were investigated. Once identified the type of work environment within the educational organization will contribute to the development of an excellent coexistence, in addition to the real learning of the students and that the organizational climate focuses the base of the entity, the people that integrate it and how they perceive the organization, encompassing all the organizational dimensions in the administrative context such as the role of the director, the relationships among the staff, the institutional identity and appropriate feedback systems.
