THE FIRST LETTER TEACHERS MALAISE: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Keywords:
Teaching Practice, Malaise, Teacher SicknessAbstract
We aim to investigate the number of theses and dissertations produced in the period from 2010 to 2018, dealing with the malaise and sickness of the teachers of the initial years. We specifically seek to analyze the aspects covered in the works, to understand the state of the art in literature, both historical and contemporary, about teacher malaise by visiting Estive Zaragoza, Marques, apud Mourão and Esteves, Silva, NS, Andrade and Cardoso, Vasconcelos, Bridges, among others. And, finally, to analyze the interventions suggested in the productions studied. We defend the hypothesis that in these works the physical, psychological and social aspects are not studied together. That is, it was identified that the research is carried out fragmenting the aspects affected by malaise. We found 115 papers and with inclusion and exclusion criteria, it was decided to analyze dissertations. We chose 54 responding to the approaches in focus, we intend to mathematically state the studies through a systematic review in the literature in a bibliographic and quantitative research. We hope to contribute with suggestions of new researches with primary teachers and possible interventions with the governors, aiming at mitigating, preventing, treating and attending teacher malaise under the physical, psychological and social aspects.
