THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE FAMILY IN THE SCHOOL EDUCATION OF THE DEAF

This article discusses the influence that the Family environment has on the educational development of deaf children registered in regular classrooms, as well as the merit of the presence of the parents within the school community, contributing together with the school and the teachers to the progress of the learning of the hearing impaired. However, according to the school, parental participation has had a positive effect on student learning and observed a satisfactory learning in the classroom. The aim of the study was to understand the importance of parental collaboration in the educational process of children and in what way this interaction can flow in the development of students with deafness. The mothers of students not listening to the regular teaching classroom participate in the data collection. The qualitative field research. Was carried out in a primary school located in the municipality of Recife / Pernambuco, whereby all material was obtained through interviews and questionnaires containing open and closed questions. Therefore, the presence and participation of parentes.Within the school context is indisputable, witch has shown satisfactory results for both the student adn the school. In this way, the school has seen the active participation of parents as a positive contribution in the learning of deaf students.
