We used as methodological procedures a bibliographical research with the literature of theories which are pertinent with the theme and some scientific sites, in which the accomplishment of this research facilitates us to verify if the inclusive education in the regular school has become a social and cultural right unchaining in the process of inclusive education for everybody, not completely fulfilling the inclusion of students with deficiency, turning them integrated at the school´s space, in which the educators should fight for that the laws are really included and not only integrated, so that all the students have their right to a regular school according to their needs.
