YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP: A LOOK INSIDE THE ECUADORIAN UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The objective of the research was an analytical description of the dynamics of entrepreneurship in graduates of the Faculties of Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato. From a longitudinal database of 1852, a response was obtained from 1224 graduates from the cohorts from March 2013 to March 2017, through an online survey. For the study, 112 graduates were selected who indicated that they had created an enterprise. Among the main results, an important fact is to have identified the "entrepreneurship moment ", characterized by a 60% that undertakes after having finished his university education and 40% during, which reveals the existence of the entrepreneurial spirit in gestation during university education.
