RESILIENCE AND POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH IN WOMEN VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE

Abstract

During the time of mourning due to emotional loss, the woman recovers due to her capacity for resilience, seeking to be recognized as a woman to regain her confidence. Objective: is to categorize the causes that lead to their resilience to initiate a new affective relationship, the context of greater risk for the infidelity of the woman and to analyze the forms of infidelities of the woman. Methodology: the investigation is qualitative, interviews are used in depth, in a focus group and the method of approach is framed in accounts of the experiences of women who have been violated and who come to denounce in the governmental body of the Council of the Judiciary, of the Provincial of Santa Elena. For the research a sample of professional women, housewives, and university students is selected. Results as a cause of resilience, the search for emotional, social and economic stability for her and her family.
