AULAVEREDA. A PEDAGOGICAL PRAXIS WITH CHILDREN IN DIALOGUE WITH PONCE´S IDEAS
Keywords:
Childhood, Education, Socialism, AdultcentrismAbstract
The development of the capitalist system has placed the logic of material and symbolic life in an antithetical struggle between capital and labor, in which both dispute their models of society and of human being. It is in the context of this contest that we delve into the analysis of the notions of childhood used on the one side and the other, emphasizing the contributions that Aníbal Ponce made in his writings and in his own actions as an educator and intellectual. On the basis of his productions, we move into the case study of AulaVereda, a communitarian pedagogical project carried on in the City of Buenos Aires, which seeks to take the principles of humanistic socialism forged by the author and put them into practice. The children's assemblies and the spaces for political reflection developed there with the children, emerge as contextualized forms of pontican thought on the road towards a society of equals, where adultcentrism does not take place either.
