Abstract

The present investigation is based on the application of training on urban youth tribes for the teachers of the Educational Unit "Juan Montalvo", in Canton La Concordia, period 2016-2017 In this work was verified through the applied diagnosis that the teachers have ignorance about these types of organizations in the educational institution,to quasi-experimental methodology was used for a sample of 12 teachers, 80 students and the director of the Educational Unit. In addition, statistical methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the surveys. This lack of knowledge on teachers is the lack of training on the part of the educational institution, on urban youth tribes and the non-compliance with the educational inclusion policies demanded by LOEI and the National Plan for Good Living.
