THE NEW AMPARO´S TRIAL IN MEXICO AGAINST THE GUIDELINES OF THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

In several cases, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has established a fundamental necessity that States that acceptance their jurisdiction, established within their domestic legal system, is a suitable means of protection of human rights that translates into a true mechanism of guaranting of the said rights; To achieve its purpose, the mentioned mechanism in addition to suitability, should have the characteristics simplicity and effectiveness. At the present time, most of the Latin American population have implemented a legal reengineering approach in their internal scope to effect the fulfillment of the paradigm recommended by the enforcement of the supranational body mentioned in the previous paragraph.
