MOVEMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN THE PROCESS OF INTEGRATION PACIFIC ALLIANCE: CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF SPEECH (ACD)
Keywords:
Regional Integration, Critical Discourse Analysis (ACD), – International Economics, Fair TradeAbstract
The present article identifies the contents of the final text of the agreement of the Pacific Alliance in the chapter of free movement of goods and services through the critical discourse analysis (ACD) to understand the power relations that emanate from the particularities of that treaty. The particularities of the documents are analyzed from the linguistic point of view and taking into account variables that normally generate asymmetries in the international trade as they are, access to markets, trade facilitation and customs cooperation, technical barriers to trade, sanitary and phytosanitary measures and public contracting. Therefore, the results of this research depend on a process of analysis of the discursive content of free trade agreements at three levels: 1. Grammar of the text, 2. pragmatic of the discourse and 3. A psychosocial level to understand the role it plays the discourse in the interpretation and in the reproduction of social domination.
