Abstract

The 16th of December of 2006 the Convention about the Rights of Persons with Disabilities it is approved by the ONU in 2006. Article 19 deals with the right of persons with disabilities to live in an independent way and being included in the community. In this paper, we will analyze the most relevant contributions of the Convention and, especially, those who have more to do with Article 19.
