Abstract

The International Convention about the Rights of Persons with Disabilities requires an effective and efficient work to achieve the compliance of its objectives, framed in a model of rights and citizenship. It is about taking social interventions of quality or good practices, a term whose concept is not necessarily univocal and that is in continuous evolution.
