The Farce of the World: The Matrix of the Prince of This World and the Subversion of Religious Systems

This article analyzes the theme "The farce of the world: the matrix of the prince of this world and the subversion of religious systems," through an interdisciplinary approach that articulates philosophy, sociology, and theology. It investigates how classical and modern thinkers, such as Plato, Socrates, Nietzsche, Marx, Weber, Foucault, and Brandenburg, contribute to understanding the construction of social farces that distance human beings from the transcendent reality revealed in Jesus Christ. It also addresses how technology, the media, and political power reinforce a "matrix" of domination in Brazil and Latin America, manipulating religious practices and beliefs. Empirical data on intolerance, fake news, and political religiosity are presented. The analysis shows the contrast between the farce of the world and the biblical truth about the "prince of this world." The results point to the urgent need for critical and spiritual discernment in the educational and ecclesial spheres.
