Matrix of Co-responsibility for Mental Health Care of RAPS Professionals: Construction, Validation, and Applicability

Mental health work in the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) is characterized by high complexity, work overload, and fragility of the institutional mechanisms designed for worker care, which contributes to the persistent invisibility of these professionals' psychological distress in management contexts. This methodological-applied study, with a qualitative approach, involved workers from two Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) located in Fortaleza, Ceará. The co-responsibility matrix was developed based on content analysis and the Collective Subject Discourse, organized into five dimensions of care. The instrument underwent content and face validation by expert judges. The results indicated theoretical consistency, organizational clarity, and practical applicability, enabling the mapping of flows, responsibilities, and institutional mechanisms aimed at workers' mental health. It is concluded that the matrix constitutes a soft-hard technology useful for management, matrix support, and continuing education, strengthening the institutionalization of care in the RAPS.
