This article aims to know and reflect on how TDIC come to act in the educational process of autistic children. It started with the following research question: is access to Digital Information and Communication Technologies for autistic children in the school environment a matter of Human Rights? The research is of great relevance, as education is indisputably a fundamental human right, and the quality of life of autistic people in society also depends on pedagogical practices adapted in the field of school. Therefore, this work was carried out with a qualitative method to deal with these themes: technologies applied to Education, school, inclusion and Human Rights (Fundamental Law). It was concluded that these rights need to be effective so that they do not rest solely on the level of normativity, the “ought to be”, but also transcend to a social practice and to the reality of individuals.
