Abstract

This study was carried out with the objetctive of identifying the vulnerability
factors that violate childhood as a result of sexual violence. This is an
integrative review, using the following descriptors: sexual violence, child,
childhood, vulnerability, in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages. The
data obtained allowed the categorization and analysis of programmatic and
moral vulnerabilities addressed in the 60 scientific texts analyzed. The review
carried out indicates that overcoming child sexual violence requires effective
actions that pass by clear and precise legislation, but it also implies the
establishment of state programs and educational processes aimed at a cultural
reinterpretation, as the legal system will only fulfill its role if it is accompanied by
a vision of the world that sustains and makes it effective.
