Abstract

The work shown below aims to make known to the educational community, the importance of models
as essential allies of the educational teaching process, specifically in the learning of science at any
level of education. The above is supported by the fact that during the logical historical development
of man's knowledge and its evolution, as concrete thought was developing until the human being
incorporated abstraction into his mental operations, tangible comparisons emerged from them, give
body to the phenomena and events that were increasing their knowledge of objective reality in various
branches of human knowledge. In this development, the act of teaching and learning also
incorporated models so that through its logical process it could take advantage of them in a consistent
and productive way. Hence, in this essay classifications and examples are shown that may be of
contribution in the didactic plane, so that the classes are richer both in the pedagogical and scientific
aspects.
