BRIEF NOTES ABOUT THE BRAZILIAN DISREGARD DOCTRINE IN THE CIVIL PROCIDURAL CODEX
Abstract
The present scientific article has as its goal to analyze the disregard doctrine in the Brazilian Civil
Procedural Codex. Hence, it will be necessary to firstly discover about the personality of legal entities
itself, them about the difference between their personality as to their quotaholders’. It is important to
enhance that it will be also analyzed the disregard doctrine applied to not only corporate entities but
also to associations and foundations (and possibly to other legal entities allowed in the Brazilian legal
system to those who understand that our legal entities are more than those listed in the article 44 of
our Civil Codex).
