Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of the University Law 30220 of
teachers and their association with the human capital of the Faculty of Education of the National
University of San Marcos. This is an investigation of quantitative type and of correlational scope, for
which two checklists were applied as instruments, 1 to measure the level of knowledge of university
law and another for the management of human capital, establishing an association with the
professional capacity, professional competence, provision and behavior of teachers' human capital
in the Faculty of Education. The study sample consisted of 120 teachers of pre and post grade of the
Faculty, considering the ordinary of the three teaching categories and the contracted teachers. The
results showed that there is a significant association of .016 validating a relationship of the University
Law and the Professional Competence Dimension. It is concluded in this investigation that the level
of knowledge of the university law 30220 of the teachers of the Faculty of Education and its
relationship with the management of human capital is determined.
