The competences approach is widely spread in the superior level of education, because it is assumed that in the work field they must be dominated. Nowadays many classifications have been madewhich imply specificor disciplinary abilities, as well astransversal. One of them is the classification proposed fromthe systemic complex approach, which considers the systemic competences as the result of the sum of other ones like the instrumental, emotional and social. The University has the commitment to foment them both within and out of the classroom, just like the case of “La Clase Magica (LCM)”. This is an intervention program that is carried out by Educational Science students, through the social service and professional practice in basic education schools. A study was conducted from the qualitative methodological perspective with a hermeneutical approach, through in-depth interviews conducted between participants of the LCM program who have a professional career. It was found that the experiences lived in real contexts, help to build several types of competencies, among which are the systemic ones.
