Abstract

In this essay, we suggest to question the practices of our environment, the speeches in advance which point out
the inclusion as proclaim for the insertion with equity in people’s social life located in the statute of diversity. In
diversity are included all the groups which have fallen in the statute of marginalization, discrimination and social
unfairness.
