THE RECEPTION IN ROSARIO OF THE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTER OF FRANCO AND THE SPANISH DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE PRESS, THE UNIVERSITY AND THE PUBLIC MANAGEMENT, 1958-1962
Abstract
The”liberal” restoration which followed to the Peronist experience, in September 1955, has had in Rosario city the
hegemonic control of the six newspapers which were published at those days. The newspapers are relieved and this
situation gives the possibility of working in a process to give a speech related to the interpretation and reception of
international models of development. There is a vision which talks that these ones have presented about the reality of the
Spain of the development, related to the link with the Argentinian governments, as the promotion of the activities of the exils
of the civil war à Rosario, the manifestations opponent of Franco organized by the local institutions and the own municipal
authorities, analysing in this way the attitudes assumed in the university area. The consideration of these factors has the
intention of helping the characterization of the starting stage of the external dissemination of the supporter of Franco
development model and the Spanish case as a factor of “demonstration test” of recipes for the “West” Iberoamérica.
