Abstract

The purpose of this article, is to show the results of the University Studies Programme about technical degree,
through the Provincial University from Southwest, UPSO, with the help without restriction from the South
National University, Bahía Blanca and the townships from the southwest bonaerense, situation which has had
as result, to give new professionals committed to their surroundings and the development of each one of the
localities where they live and work.
