NEED FOR INTEGRAL STUDENT DEVELOPMENT IN CURRENT TIMES

His article addresses, as a main objective, to analyze one of the highest topics in the times that run within education in general: the role of student learners according to current needs in society. There are several elements in this problem, one of the most important being capacity building in its most comprehensive way, since they are presented in the text, and are emphasized in the affective component, almost forgotten, of the old education systems, which only addressed the cognitive. Therefore, if we talk about the integrality of the student, the discourse should not become another slogan, but rather a guide for analysis, reflection and action that, as a recommendation, is aimedat contributing and giving the true role to contemporary education and value all the actions of the student in their psychic aspect, in addition to their development within learning from a necessarily scientific perspective.
