Abstract

This scientific article is dedicated to analyse the corporate-foundation and its link with the future of
capitalism as thought by Paul Collier. In order to do that it is necessary to approach Paul Collier’s
theory about the (re)introduction of ethics in our society and the historicity of capitalist evolution to
achieve these ethics.
