GENDER VIOLENCE: LOOKING FORWARD 2030. THE CHALLENGES OF THE MEXICAN STATE IN THE TECHNOLOGY ERA
Abstract
Today it is essential to achieve an analysis of gender violence through the use of Information and
Communication Technologies (ICT), from a legal approach based on Universal Human Rights, on the
guiding Principles of International Law, and having the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda as a
guideline, the present work aims to offer viable alternatives to curb gender violence online, including
that if we allow women to be denied, (without making distinctions if they are public figures or not
because in the same way they constitute a vulnerable group in society as a whole), the full panoply
of opportunities available on the Internet, instead of looking for meaningful accommodation with other
important rules hand in hand with the implementation of a public policy sufficiently strong, it would
be a serious blow to human rights and civil liberties
