ROMPIMIENTO DE LOS LASTRES JURÍDICOS, CONTRARIOS A LA IGUALDAD ENTRE MUJERES Y HOMBRES
Abstract
The recognition of women's rights in international and national legal instruments has gone through a
complex social, political and legal process; in this way, laws become a central and initial element for
guaranteeing women's human rights. The Mexican State must strengthen the regulatory framework
that guarantees the rights of women; taking into account the historical circumstances of inequality
between women and men, and analyzing in what sense these inequalities have been reproduced in
laws and institutions. The objective of this article is to present in a general way some legal burdens
that continue to exist in various legislations, identifying why it is necessary, reform, modify or repeal
various articles of different federal and local laws. In order for the regulatory framework to respond to
the need to protect and guarantee the human rights of women.
