Abstract

This article discusses the production of the virtual community space or cyberspace in which the Third
International Women and Girls Congress was developed from a dual perspective: gender and human
rights, as a place of exchange of a virtual community, its records and locations - derived from the
health context - its presences – or absences - and participations, as well as the construction of a nonneutral space for the exchange and dissemination of knowledge from a gender perspective. The
described trajectory of the congresses that precede it also allows analyzing from a gender perspective
the design, generation or adaptation in the physical and symbolic spaces necessary to favor aspects
and themes that, although sometimes implicit, may or may not be articulated intentionally in the
production of various spaces for which its approach contributes in guiding themes, alternatives and
also makes visible historically excluded populations.
