ILO CENTENARY, THE NECESSARY AND IMPROBABLE REBIRTH IN DEVELOPED EUROPE

Abstract

This article, means to be a brief critical analysis, of modern times, in what concerns labour law,
unlighted by the first objectives of the ILO Conventions, that from an earthly moment, where very
concerned with social reforms, towards word peace, that can only be achieved based on a social
justice, that includes human dignity working conditions. From within an generational “Brainstorming”
from the Authors perspective of this Lawyers reception, based on their juridical practice, on this field,
from modern times, that aloe us to conclude that we are back almost to square one, were strangely,
the update ness of the ILO Convention nowadays, shows preoccupations that are not so different
from those that originated this actual international Defence Mechanism of Human Rights, almost
100th years ago.
