Abstract

This research had the objective of analyzing the teachers' perceptions regarding the pedagogical interventions of the daycares Coordinator. To do so, the semi-structured interview was used with teachers from two daycares, one with a coordinator and one without the coordinator, to compare both realities. The results indicate that the functions / assignments of the coordinator are perceived by the teachers as helping teachers with the daily planning and in the elaboration of projects, facilitator of communication between the school community and mediator of conflicts. They affirm that there are no moments for continued formation with the coordinator, but only for planning, not recognizing this moment as opportune to study and exchange experiences in a way that favors the continued formation. All agree that the interventions of the coordinator are important for a more articulated pedagogical work in the teaching unit.
