A STUDY ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF RESULTS IN OPERATIONS OF CORPORATE REORGANIZATION IN A COMPANY OF THE IT SEGMENT IN THE CITY OF RECIFE-PE IN THE YEAR 2018

Abstract

The research aims to identify the phenomenon of optimization of results in corporate reorganization operations in the information technology (IT) segment, located in the city of Recife-PE. In this sense, the work seeks to highlight the potential of the corporate reorganization, its concepts and modalities, highlighting the analysis carried out to clarify how the use of corporate reorganization aimed at optimizing results can contribute to the good performance in the market and best company income. The study showed that it is important to keep in touch with the competitive market, both in order to optimize results, in which it provides adequate conditions for growth and profitability to the business, as in the study of the corporate reorganization, in which to corporate changes, which contributes to the strengthening and continuity of business activities, expanding its market of operations, units and / or business niche, constituting, in this way, an exceptional strategic and technical management tool to optimize results.
