THE INFLUENCE OF THE PROFILE FOR COMPETENCES IN THE EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO KULLKI WASI

The competency profile takes relevance and interest in the organizations as well as in the professionals in charge of the management of human talent due to the boom in competences and the benefits that its identification and implementation brings, where this research variable influences other aspects of the area of human talent as is the performance evaluation. The present investigation has the purpose of knowing if the competency profile influences the evaluation of performance. There was a quantitative and qualitative methodology with an action research design with a practical and participatory approach; we worked with the 54 people where the evaluation of the performance of the organization and the scale of compliance of the competence profile was used. When the results are obtained, it is identified that the organization does not fulfill the necessary competencies required by each job, On the other hand, the performance of the organization is at a regular level, so the data were subjected to a normality test called kolmogorov smirnov and the Pearson correlation where the p-value was less than 0.05 and it is determined that there is a relationship between the study variables
