This article presents the CuCEO Organizational Emotional Commitment Questionnaire. It is presumably assumed that shame is a painful emotion and pride is a pleasant one, which drives the worker to commit to the organization. The precepts of commitment, emotions, shame and pride in the organization are considered. The objectives of this research were: to demonstrate the validity and reliability of the CuCEO, designed by three factors: Commitment, Shame and Pride. Through the factor analysis, the three factors were confirmed and through the reliability test their internal consistency was demonstrated. The participants were 60 university workers, 36 men and 24 women, with an average age of 38 years. Likewise, the linear regression analysis provided a model based on pride, validating itself as a significant predictor of the workers' organizational commitment
