Abstract

The aborption capacity is necessary to develop innovation in companies in the case of SMEs is more difficult because they do not have the necessary resources to innovate, there is a close relationship between the absorption capacities of spills of Multionational Companies inserted in Global Value Chains information was collected with a questionnaire applied to the administradors of SMEs of Metalworking and Information Technology after the statistical method of comparison of means for independent groups was performed and an absorption capacity factors was developed. The research isbased on the theory of absorption capacity, the hypothesis that the companies that provide Multinational Companies have an absorption capacity index higher than those that do not have this type of relationship was verified, there is a correlation between participation in the chains Global value and absorption capacity
