Abstract

The dissertations that are presented in the essay, they are product of a journey from and outside the academy and in the worlds of education, justice and communication, not alien to anything that represent gender inequalities and the social pathologies derived from the patriarchal model, builder of aggressors and social systems that need to be resignified in their sociocultural and ideological conception. The discussion thus begins with a central purpose that directs it, oriented towards, how to achieve social systems based on gender equity in the face of the presence of a construction logic of aggressors. Departing from a theoretical epistemic conceptual platform from which it unravels the problem of violence against women by the figure of the aggressor and thereby legitimizing a system of logics of inequities, are taken as a reference to Carosio, Delgado, Bartes among others. Mention is made of the universalization of this problem, referencing experiences in different latitudes of the world, evidencing with it the why it is a problem without a single nationality.
