Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the financial inclusion of individual credit in Mexico, since it is a financial and national development indicator that reflects a society with credit capacity that allows it to improve the socioeconomic aspect, for this the offer of credit products from financial institutions of commercial banks according to the National Survey of Financial Inclusion (ENIF), the results are compared and classified with the findings of empirical research on the factors of voluntary and involuntary exclusion. The type of research is documentary with an analysis of theoretical, critical and comparative content. Involuntary exclusion factors are identified as the main factors: insufficient income and, due to voluntary exclusion, not wanting to go into debt.
