The author analyzes from a criminological perspective the phenomenon of criminality in the globalization era, considering the great ubiquity and the multifaceted character of crime, just like the high level of organization that comes to develop their wicked activities worldwide, in order to demonstrate the need for a criminological approach to prevent and reduce organized global crime and prevent the strengthening of its harmfulness for with the human rights.
